Sced aims to be a simple but powerful GNOME editing enviroment for the SuperCollider sound programming language.

getting

This is the latest source code snapshot. In order to run it, you'll need PyGTK = 2.9.3, pygtksourceview and their dependencies.

For syntax highlighting:

  1. Copy (or symlink) supercollider.lang to $HOME/.gnome2/gtksourceview-1.0/language-specs
  2. Copy (or symlink) supercollider.xml to $HOME/.local/share/mime/packages
  3. Run the following command: 
    $ update-mime-database ~/.local/share/mime

Syntax highlighting will then work in all gtksourceview-based software, like gedit.
